Poststraße 6, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Your enviable location places you walking-distance from the banks of the Main River, which you can follow north straight to the Römerberg, a historic market square at the heart of Frankfurt’s picturesque Old Town (Innenstadt). While you’re here, take your pick from the Historical Museum, Archaeological Museum, Goethe House and Museum of Modern Art, and perhaps peek inside the city’s iconic 16th-century cathedral and Old St Nicholas Evangelical Church.

Once you’ve ticked off the Innenstadt, unwind in a nearby park before circling back through the Banking District past the city’s glittering Opera House. Elsewhere, take the 15-minute walk across the river to the Städel Museum to see one of Germany’s most significant art collections spanning 700 years, and top it up with a visit to the German Film Museum. And if it’s a dose of nature you’re after, you’ll be within easy reach of the famous Frankfurt Zoo and lovely Palm Gardens.
